It’s time to pledge the pink! Aurora Kitchens & Interiors and S&G Cleaning Services have joined forces to fight for breast cancer awareness. In honor of World Women’s Wellness Day on April 28, the two companies have put together the “Jersey Flamingos” team to run, walk, and crawl 33.1 miles in search of the cure on beautiful Oak Island, NC in October. The mission is to spread awareness and raise money to find a cure for breast cancer. Join us in our fight to Pledge The Pink!
What is the Pledge the Pink?
The Pledge the Pink challenge is a 4-day adventure that kicks cancer while bonding with your bestie, earning bling and exploring the beach.
There is no requirement for registrants to fundraise, but they are welcome to make a gift or create a fundraising page. The first record was 1,058 Flamingos, the second was 3,753 Flamingos, and the 2023 goal is 7,500 Flamingos! With their registration, registrants receive three delicious lunches from the best food trucks in North Carolina. Aurora Kitchens & Interiors and S&G Cleaning Services have partnered for World Women’s Wellness Day to rally the community around this cause and make a lasting impact.
What is the Jersey Flamingos team?
The Jersey Flamingos is a team created in honor of World Women’s Wellness Day on April 28 by Aurora Kitchens & Interiors and S&G Cleaning Services.
This team consists of brave and passionate members who are pledging to run, walk, and crawl 33.1 miles in search for the cure on beautiful Oak Island, NC in October as part of the Pledge The Pink campaign. The Pledge The Pink campaign was created by Aurora Kitchens & Interiors and S&G Cleaning Services in order to bring awareness to breast cancer and to raise funds for research, treatment, and support. Through this campaign, individuals can join the Jersey Flamingos team and help to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
How can you help support the cause?
At Aurora Kitchens & Interiors and S&G Cleaning Services, we want to do our part in fighting breast cancer, which is why we are proud to take part in Pledge the Pink on World Women’s Wellness Day. There are several ways you can help support the cause:
