I have never thought of 10 minutes as being enough time to handle any single task. It’s barely enough time for me to drink down the rest of my coffee in morning before taking my kids to school. That was the case until I tackled each one of these babies in under 10 minutes. Curious???? Read on!!!!
- Dust – Not the most fun chore but dusting (especially with the right equipment) can get banged out in no time. Dusting is also one of those chores that people tend to put at the bottom of the list as far as necessity so getting it done when you have a few minutes solves the problem all together.
- Light switch plates and doors – These guys are big culprits for holding hand smudges and stains. They too aren’t on our radars as a weekly target so carving out some time to clean them up is helpful. Using a damp cloth, do a once over on each door and switch plate and you will be done with the task in less than 10 minutes!
- Ceiling fans – This job is always on the radar but not fun. Fan blades pick up dust and grease faster than you can say “Aunt Mary stays too long”. When you are cleaning ceiling fan blades you want to make sure you remove the dust first before using something damp on them. Otherwise you will create a muddy little mess and need more than 10 minutes to finish the job.
- Baseboards – Like ceiling fans, baseboards also pick up dust. As well as spills, splatters and stains. Using a damp rag, simply wipe along the baseboard removing any hair, dirt or grime that’s been deposited.
