It increases awareness and knowledge about health care, nutrition, and physical activity for women everywhere. The event originated in 2019 to promote breast cancer awareness and raise funds for vital women’s healthcare services. A new theme is chosen yearly to further empower women in practicing healthy habits and make informed decisions regarding their well-being.
Why is Women’s Wellness Day important?
